  • Sorry... My comment.. Part 2... I have a sport gt as well, just installed the Typhoon system last night. I assume you bought the exhaust from a custom shop, and not Mazda dealer? I guess I'd have tp phone around to see who's getting a 2010 ms3 done, and whether I can buy the exhaust for cheap.

  • @sgouin

Thanks for the feedback sgouin! I actually got the parts of a forum who was parting out their OEM exhaust since they recently upgraded. I would say the best bet is to lurk around some mazda forums and see if there are any local members who are parting out. How you liking the typhoon?

  • Nice sound! I have the same car... 2010 S

  • How much did this cost you by parts?

  • @TheWard55

I got it locally around $400 for the whole cat-back system.

  • @chanMZ3 really wow. did u install it urself?

  • you just shattered my world.... I thought resonators were always bad. This actually sounds nice with the magnaflow res. I want to hear it under load!

  • damn this sounds meaner than mine..

  • =) Could u take some piks of the pipe line for me? I own a Sedan too and I want to make a custom exhaust that sounds similar to yours!

    Thanks a lot!

  • @SRT4ED

Not sure what your asking for lol... I got the full cat-back off a 2010 mazdaspeed 3 and got a shop to shorten the mid-pipe and install a resonator. The exhaust itself is OEM, therefore the sound is from an OEM exhaust, 3" mid-pipe and a good high performance resonator.
