lol I really don't know where to begin with you. Clearlyy, you aren't familiar with the Qur'an if you're saying that. Or, orr you just took what you were reading out of context. Islam is a religion that believes in God, the One Who has no similiar, the One Who sent Messengers teaching the same creed. Christianity teaches no such thing. They say they believe in God but they attribute neediness to Him, weakness to Him, a SON to Him. They reject His last Messenger, etc etc etc...
Yes, they say God exists, Jesus exists, Abraham exists...but the core of the belief is completely different. They believe Jesus was a Jew, Muslims do not. They believe in the "theory" of the Holy Trinity, Muslims do not. They believe that God is a body that occupies the sky while Muslims say: God created the sky. He existed before creating it, without it. He does not change and He still exists without it.
Muslims do not attribute change to God. We do not lie about our Creator, wal hamdulillaah. We do not say Jesus was the son of God for surely God has no similiar. We believe in Prophet Jesus, peace and blessings be upon him, and say he was a beloved Messenger and Prophet of God, who was NOT crucified and will come back to slay the Imposter with the defective eye (i.e. who they call the Anti-Christ).

@DrunkenPoetic Have you read the Qura'n the poetry in its verses, the beauty in its phrases & the meaning that doesn't hide between the lines or between words but is simple and clear for all? I studied Classical Arabic so I could savour its flavours, take heed for my souls' needs and smell that which will save me from hell, that sweet aroma is what I spent so long inhaling and its Author is who I spend my days praising...

It must be amazing to have inspired so many people. I just wish people wouldn't deify it and elavate it above other works. I don't think it's anymore divine that any other great work of literature.

@DrunkenPoetic yeh you are right in having inspired so many people, and if u have true faith in in the reiligion u practise then the books such as bible and quran have a bigger effect on a person as they understand more about what is being read, spirtiualy uplifting a thing that can only be experienced if u gave faith in the religon :)

@grainelmi, just to add, when prophet muhammad pbuh went to ethiopia, he stayed in the walled city of jugol(harar), this is known to be the 4th holy city in islam, this is where i am fom and it is a beautiful village. in this small area, there are more than 100 mosques and holy burial sites of the prophets closest friends. bestow on you a mercy and grace you will you inshallah show gratitude for,for the rest of your life until you finally meet Him in akhira, "and pray: Oh Allah,we have wronged our souls, if you dont forgive us and show mercy we we'll surely be amongst the lost ones" - Quran 2:286 ..God spoke to Moses out of a burning tree, to Muhammad in a cave, we are not chosen as the prophets where, but ALLAH will guide us in the dark through the darkness to the light.
