@Tarik360 In 40k's backstory, the Emperor assumed the roles of many important figures in human history ranging from Prohphets and Philosophers to Scientists and War Heroes. Since all Space Marines are genetically linked to their Primarch, ergo to the Emperor Himself, these traits are technically within the Spess Mehreens. So it is technically quite possible for Spess Mehreens to have bits of Dovahkiin, Master Chief, Commander Shepard and more in their genes. Cue awesome overload.
