I'm watching this in my lit class right now, it's the first time I've seen this movie but i love it ever sense the marching band scene in the beginning. It reminds me of how i use to be, and how i am now. I use to be a over-weight, i play football, and i was a loser. So i lost weight, the acne on my face cleared, and i finally stood up to the assholes who made fun of me. Now i got the girl i wanted sense the fifth grade, i'm not made fun of, and i'm finally recognized for what i do in football.

im in the same dam situation as angus, im overweight (but less big as he is) and have a tough time trying to fit in, i dont know how to "talk" the "talk" in today's high school, and idk if ill ever find love. worst of all im fuking graduation this year so now i feel lik i havnt accomplished anything. lik im not a total loser or anything but i hav huge trouble trying to connect to people. this film kinda gives me a bit of hope for the future for myself.
