Phil left the band and they didnt talk for almost two years(phil started a new band)and then finally Vinnie and Dime started Damageplan. Phil was upset that they told ppl he ignored them for those two yrs and supposedly in an interview Phil said Dime should have his ass kicked. Hell they didnt even make the last album together Phil did his vocals in one state and the band did their part in Texas. I'm glad he's clean and I think ppl should forgive him.
