Up until yesterday I worked for the #1 BCBG store in Las Vegas. They fired me for standing up for myself. I have witnessed overt racist comments by upper management and unimaginable unprofessionalism. Everyone needs to boycott this company!!!!
First off she worked in a retail store which nobody will tell you anything because they dont know anything. I worked at corporate and let me tell you it was hell. trying to find someone who knew what they were doing was impossible and their . My first call was an interview so i dressed nice(slacks, button up shirt) but they didnt tell me id be moving boxes from one end of the room to the other Something seemed fishy from the moment i picked up the phone
i am currently working for bcbg max azria as a keyholder manager and i dont get this news i mean in our store everything is great! max is awesome and i think it depends who is handling the stores...i love working evryday!
During my time @ BCBGMAXAZRIA I witnessed the largest group of unprofessional and unethical group of people, EVER. My district manager called me names, cursed at me, gossiped with everyone, talked down to everyone, make snide remarks in front of customers, etc. There were even a couple of occassions I had to report her to HR. Saying you want to kick another employees ass doesn't exactly scream, "upper level management".
The work environment at BCBG Corporate Headquarters is horrible. From what I saw, the people that work there are miserable because people are under-paid, they work in a warehouse and the Corp. Headquarters is in Vernon, CA...such a dump! Not to mention, employees have to park off-site and be shuttled to work like cattle. So, if you like that work environment, then enjoy. But if not, then be glad you were warned.
I worked for the Flatiron store for almost three years can you imagine the racism I been through with this company and the Human Resource Dept support and cover up for these racist managers. This is also the worst company I ever worked for.
As long as the Regional and the DM for the 40th & 5th store, Ms Owen is in power, the culture of racism will run rampant in Region 4, I know my DM in Dist 12 left over it, and I left shortly after, it gets a little tough when before anything about qualifications they ask "are they brand?" which basically means size 2 and white, disgusting company, couldn't be happier to be gone!

Yes, they are the worst company ever. If you stayed a month you never got you complaint off. Now is the time to get it off your chest. The turn over rate at BCBG is unbelievable, some people went to lunch and didn't come back others quite after the first check.
Yes honey the racism is well and alive in this company and this company supports the management teams and human resources that are performing these hate filled acts. THE COMPANY IS WELL AWARE OF WHAT'S GOING WE AS A PEOPLE HAVE TO STOP SPENDING MONEY IN THESE TYPES OF ESTABLISHMENTS.
This is somewhat unbelievable that we as a people are still dealing with issues such as racism in this day and time. Judging from this video and what I have been hearing about the BCBG establishment, it is quite clear that racism is still alive and kicking. (No justice... No peace!)
How would you feel if your boss told you" If you don't like it, quit"? I thought if you don't like it you call HR to fix it. BCBG is not for it employees.
My friend has been working for BCBG for two years and hasn't gotten a raise or promotion yet. But guess who did a caucasian girl that started 6 months ago.
it doesnt matter how long u worked in a company sometimes is the performance....im not saying that ur friend's performance isnt good but time doesnt matter....
This company is unethical the human resource department is a joke . If you complain they retaliate aganist you then lie on you and then of course fire you for no reason . The EEOC needs to get on this case fast.
Since the cat is out of the bag you might start to see black models on the runway don't be fooled by this . Think back from 1989-2007 how many women of color have you seen on their runway or even working in there stores around the world. This is in fact a racist company and I won't support BCBG.
It is a shame the way bcbg treat there employees and customers this has been going on for years and something needs to done about it.i also have had friends that work for this company and they all have the same complaints.
The company is not racist. People are racist. Come to Northern California where racism died long ago.

Human resources is not for its employees. They know whats going on and don't plan on changing it .They hire these managers and give them direction.
To work for BCBG you must have the look , what the hell does that mean? And why the hell is Carla Marcias still working in human resources.
