Hit the tilde key (~) to drop the dev-console.

Type seta thereisacow "1337" and then press ENTER.

Type spdevmap bog_a and then press ENTER.

Then exit the map and go back to the level you were originally at. Or start a new game..

Then drop the console and type...

jump_height 1000 (if you want to jump real high.)

And type player_sprintspeedscale 5.0 to run real fast.

also type player_sprinttime 12.8 to be able to sprint for 12 seconds +

Agreed :) In COD reactor seemed too near to the city. It is 4km away! I also expected more from the blocks look too. They seemed like taken from England not from Soviet union. The only building that looked similar to the real one was the hotel. Appartments were horribly done. Shame, because the start on the outskirts was good.
