HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

your still fat lol every one out there if you still wanna eat pizza and fatty foods but you wanna stay skinny and swoll or cut or buff or you get it all you need to do and this is to all matablism speeds just play a sport on a every day basis and then go to the gym at the end of the day thats all the sport is so you can burn the fats while not getting bored like a tredmill or stair stepper and the gym is to get tight and trimed up and for guys to get ur muscle swoll on believe and try it works

Ur very beautiful! I saw on ur channel page ur goal weight is 120 and ur 5'6: Im 5'7 and weigh 118 and want to weigh 100 pounds {ur too pretty to b chubby} I think u should try to weigh 100 pounds too! I like ur videos allot! If u cut ur calories to 600 u can get there

I'm glad you mentioned how working out gets easier because whenever I stop & restart I have to remind myself that it won't always feel like hell the whole time!! It definitely does get easier as you go and it is such a rush! :-)
