  • Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cooworker got really defined 6 pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.

  • Hi I just started my weight lose journey but my biggest problem that I have is that i'm constatly craving sweets and on the days i don't go to the gym it seems like I'm consuming more sugar than usual, do u recomend anything? I want to be able to loose the weight and keep it off, also what type of v8 are u drinking i don't like the tomatoe one but i do love the fruit and vegi ones is that ok? thanks for posting this u really are very positive and that helps out.

    it is scratched carrots , u know those metal tool that can make thin slieces ,

    and then tunafish mixed , its really good , i normaly put black oliven and lime

    30 mins of running the morning and eat correctly if your getting something offered like a cake say no sorry i am at diet and for you must eat atleast on your day 2 times rice + Meat and.. vegetables... avoid junk food as possible..

  • I'm with you on coke(I can't stand diet). For me, it's not so much the taste but I love the carbonation. So now I drink mineral water sometimes flavored, most of the time plain with lemon or lime. You are so fabulous and inspirational.
