This band is the finest example of how rap and rock/metal blend great together. I love this band, a merging of a lot of genres put together in the same sauce of pure freedom fighting adrenaline pumping vibrations!

Downset, Reveille, Sev, Dead Celebrity Status, Project Wyze, Skindred, E-Town Concrete, Linkin Park (their first full album "Hybrid Theory" and EP, anyway), Primer 55, Hed PE (F'n Awesome!!!!), 3rd Strike, 311. Then you have a bunch of rappers who use rock beats, but i don't think they have a full band like Twiztid, and Kottonmounth Kings. Most of these bands had their peak in the late 90's and fell off pretty quick, unfortunately. BUT the theme song for "The Ultimate Fighter" series is rapcore!

I used to listen to rap exclusively, but then I heard this song back when I was in high school (9 years ago). I didn't know that rap and metal could be smashed up and sound so good until I heard this song. This song (and this group for that matter) single-handly turned me on to metal music. Hey jberry3206, check out some stuff from the "Judgment Night" soundtrack it's from the early 90's, some of the best stuff. They put rap and metal bands together to write music, some good stuff. Onyx/Biohazard, House of Pain/Helmet.
