Absolutely incredible performance. David Bedella owned the stage with such presence on the two occasions we saw the show. The whole cast were amazing and the show was extremely professional. In fact, I enjoyed it more than the film itself :))
i saw him in brighton doing this and i have to say he was AMAZING! i don't think this video conveys how good he actually is live. he's one of the few people who came remotely close to touching tim curry's performance standard.
i was there!!! it was amazing. all those people who are saying he isnt as good as tim curry, each actor brings his own style to the role. thats how they make it good. they arent trying to be like tim curry so stop comparing them to him
I saw this last night and the crowd cheered for a good five minutes after "Sweet Transvestite" was over. I'm still squealing excitedly some 16 hours later.

I saw the show in Liverpool last night with David Bedella as Frank N Furter, what an AMAZING SHOW!!!!! I don't think they could have found anybody to suit the role of Frank better!! Honestly breathtaking!
I'm really disappointed that the show isn't coming to Stoke this year so I can't go cus I'm not old enough to drive yet :( I hope it comes again next year xxx
I saw him in Rocky Horror exactly a week ago, he was truly amazing. I still like Tim better, after all, he was the original! David really excelled though, and I didn't even notice the time slip by, I was too engrossed, lol.
Next year, when me and my friends were wondering where to go, we discowered Rocky Horror was still played at Dunstable. There was no question, we were going back to England!
Does anyone agree that he doesn't even come close to Tim Curry? I mean he is alright, but he doesn't have the charm and just the little details Tim puts in his performance you know?

I loved him in Jerry Springer but i think his voice doesn't suit the role of Frank. I'm glad I got to see his understudy tbh. However he definatly looks and acts like Frank.
i was lucky enough to be in the front row when this show came to cambridge seeing it live was amazing i cant wait to take my girls to see it when they are old enough, david badella was amazing and we were wearing the same shoes lol

actually, ive just looked at the website and i think they have different narrators for each show... so im not sure who you have! i saw it at birmingham on monday, sooo amazing!
So rare to see someone play Frank who plays up to his masculine side as well as the femanine. I was getting tired of overly-camp Franks from tours gone by. It'd be in the voice as well as the acting and it'd get rather silly very fast. again, Mr B does it best. Just my humble opinion. Not discrediting La Curry in any way, but there's more to the character than him.

He's not even the tenth best, I'm afraid. Those of us who've been seeing it live since the 70s and have seen Larry Whitehurst, Peter Blake, Anthony Head, Tim McInnerny - and even Richard O'Brien himself play Frank (not to mention many others) know that this guy just doesn't cut it. His was the last version I saw - the show's ruined now by the inane behaviour of the audience.
OMG! It's soo nice to have this SEXY DEVIL back in London! :) David! Never retire from Rocky and come back every year to thrill us all! 19 SEPTEMBER! :D

mind blowing.... David Bedella as Frank was just amazing.
The whole cast were great Brian McCann as Riff Raff was sooo convincing - have seen him before in We will rock you so it was a nice surprise.
Hoping to book again this tour if I can travel within easy distance...
