I wasn't born until 88, but I saw my parents watching Footloose on VHS when I was 2 and sat down and watched the entire thing. It amazed them so they started putting it in for me every day. At 2 years old, I knew every word to this song and have since walked around singing it for years. They probably hate it as much as Footloose now, thanks to me. Oh well <3 it! =D

Guys it took guts to wear these clothes.. to put on such a big hair, such a lot of makeup and put out such a STRONG image at that time when rock was still SO new. This was new. Her look was part of something guys are STILL doing and its 2011. She was ON it.
