reminds me off a movie I saw I think it was called "old school" they shoot and arrow up in the air and then the lose vision of it so they have to try to find a hiding place or they might get hit by a falling arrow. XD

to the people asking Lars Anderson how he holds his arrows, he won't tell. if he wanted to share, he would have done so by now. even if he doesn't want to share his tips, people should respect that. do you think it is fair for the person to train for months or years to realize or develop a technique to easily tell the world how he does it?
