PSP is between a ps1 and a ps2 in terms of hardware, however the resolution is why many games look closer to a ps1. A psp can output over the component cable accessory a higher resolution of 720x480 for videos and looks quite good on an hd tv but the games are locked to the 480x272 native resolution of the psp screen. I hope the psp2 has a higher resolution screen.

Hey! I have PSP Go and it DOESNT have port for this cable, so TV cable is currently only for PSP-2000 and PSP-3000. Cable isnt in package, you have to buy it separately

If you have the 5 cable one like i have then you got to use the tv five cable input witch is 2 reds, blue green and white dont try putting them into the yellow red white port you will only get sound hope this helps.(all five ports are together in a line)

No, the screen is cracked so it won't show becuase it takes the image of what the psp screen shows and if the screen is blank then the TV screen is blank too. I hear it and hear te gameplaying, I just can't see it so I have to get my screen fix which is pretty stupid. It should show becuase of the TV screen. But since the screen is cracked it wont show on the TV.

hi, composite cable - 3 inches, you can only watch pics and movie, you CANT play games (but i guess that FuSa plugin should do the trick here as well)

component cable - 5 inches, you can do everything (play games etc) as long as you have TV that support it

not realy, but when I tried to play DJ Max black square, 3.0x speed, i found out that i did better on psp screen that on TV... but as for normal games.. i guess you wont notice anything.
