This is completely made up. I emailed nickelodeon and they said it's not true in the slightest. Rugrats has no meaning behind it and was created at random.
This theory is fake. Angelica was on of the last rugrat characters to be added. She wasn't even in the pilot episode. Do your research and then make stupid videos.

To all...The theory is a hoax. The person who posted it--when questioned on the mattter--even said he was out of it when he posted it & only did it to get a reaction. The pilot (Tommy & the Great White Thing) shows plainly that Tommy can exist independant of Angelica & unless the grown ups suffered from the same problems as the poster claimed Angelica had, the fact that the parents can speak to & touch their children dashes any & all credibility of this theory to pieces.
