@ArmAVidz One way is with the simple native trainer mod. Under the "Speech Menu" in the "Model Spawning" category, just select a speech option and your character will talk. In the video editor, just turn speech 'off' in the volume drop-down.

IMO, machinimas from PS3 and XBOX are the best because you actually have to work with what you have. And you actually means you have to do the camera shots. Not just rely on this video editor. Machinimas like Flatliners are awesome but The Trashmaster which was on PC was also cool.

what you need to do is download the newest scripthook file and place it in your main grandtheftautoIV folder.

then after that just place asi mods in the same directory.

BUT, if your are installing skin mods,then you will need the newest SparkIV.
