Thanks for posting the speed limits when you were passing everything ahead of you. And as for the KKK, I spent my first 38 years in Mississippi and the only time I saw the KKK was in the 60's when the union struck and the KKK would burn crosses in front of the houses of people crossing the picket line, and they would wear them to beat up the company people. Who would have thought that the KKK's favorite cheer was "Go Union."
yall the kkk isnt like it used to be.. people dont just walk down the street shooting black people. ive lived here my whole life and only met one group of kkk.. and yeah, they are racist people here.. just like anywhere else you go.
it kills me how people label us that are from ms as being prejudice but look at yourself when you post these things and stop being prejudice when you have no clue
Neato, the vid started near the exit for my first home in Hattiesburg (1998-2000) and went straight past the exit for Elk's Lake Road, where I would exit to go to my second home, at the old Camp Dantzler site on Black Creek (2000-2007). Was nice to see that old familiar route. I'm glad I don't live there any more, though. I liked a lot about Hattiesburg, but it's WAY too conservative for me. I'm much happier in Austin. Thanks for posting!
spent hurricane katrina and 1 month afterwards in th forrest county multi purpose center red cross shelter, remained in the area for next year and a half local friends i met showed me this place, they lived right on the road leading bywards past roses(leftller lane)
I live there!:)

@goron29
I just currently checked the population of Mississippi cities: Hattieburg is the third largest, after Gulfport, and Jackson.

Lots of forests... the flatter regions of the southeast might be a bit monotonous...

Yeah, I didn't film a lot of stuff until getting to more populated areas, because of that.
