i just remembered that sarah had a friend called abi that stopped training, didnt know her surname though. i sometimes go to the comps with the doctor, but i dont compete. i do "security" and generaly mooch around.

i train with him, he is no rougher than anyone else in our club. i can tell you he is very controlled. the majority of the ppl you see go down do so in order to get him disqualified. he is a champ btw, nationals etc.
