Dominoes Sandwiches are way better than Subways. Subway's are too bland and don't have enough flavor. Dominoes has delicious sandwiches that are well worth the price. Just compare Dominos Philly to Subway Philly. Dominoes Philly taste great and well prepare.  Subway Philly taste cold, the cheese is cold and they microwave the meat from plastic YUCK. Dominoes clearly better all the way. Subway can keep their bland uncooked sandwiches. I choose Dominoes anyday.

Subway isn't as healthy as some people think. They base their nutritional facts on the absolute minimum on what comes on each sub. Anytime you add more meat or sauce to the sandwich you are adding more calories to it. If you want to go with bare minimums then yes, subway is healthier.

I work for Domino's Pizza and I can assure you all that Subway is ALOT healthier. It comes off to greasy the bread itself contains enough oil in ti but they want us to put more butter oil on it. They love the idea that they be covered in large amounts of cheese. I was very surprised to have seen us put up new Fliers stating that are subs beat Subway 2-1. IF' you wish to choose dominos subs over subway, request it with out butter over the top of the bread. and half the cheese or none, and only eat half of the 8 inch sub. the philly is the one with the least calories and fat!
