Clearly he doesn't know that a lot of today's bands start up by doing covers. The same I could say for bands from the 90s, 80s, and way before that too. But whatever. Aaron is so under rated as a guitaist, yea so what he can't shred, but he makes up for that with his amazingly creative riffs, his solid solos which you cannot get out of your head, and he has the ability to add "feel" to a song with his playing, not many guitars can do it, for example listen the main lead during "Diary Of Jane"'s chorus the lead adds to the atmosphere so much, so it doesn't the same if it isn't there :)
