Saw Dex and Crow at the Crocodile Cafe in Seattle in the 90s and I'm still thinking it was one of the top three shows I've ever seen in my life. Given it was just the two of them, it left me thinking for a while that most bands were overstaffed and could use a bit of downsizing. They might be responsible for me developing near-zero tolerance for bands with keyboardists who switch to the tambourine for certain songs. That guy's nothing but dead weight once you see the Jets play.
