Plug Man's pattern is pretty easy to figure out, but I think what makes Heat Man's pattern hard for most people is that the blocks don't all go on set timing. The speed varies from block to block. Some stay there for a while, some appear instantly.

With the exception of fireman's stage, almost every fire-based stages music in the megaman series kick ass. Heatman, Shadowman (not fire-based, but stage has fire), Napalm man, Flameman, Blastman, Chargeman, and Flame Mammoth.

Quite, Fireman has my personal favorite theme in Megaman (the game). Also, Chargeman and Napalmman don't have a fire stage. You also forget Flame Stag, Burn Rooster, Magma Dragoon, Flame Hyenard, Mattrex (or Burn Dinorex if you're retentive), and Blaze Heatnix from the X series (Neon Tiger perhaps as well). And I've never heard of Blastman. I've heard of Swordman (yep, fired based and fire-stage), and Burnerman though.

I have bought Heat Man at a thrift store (lady tells me Dr.Wily shows up once a year and drops off old "junk and walks away crying about some Mega Man" and now am i using him as a mix between a stove/heater/George Foreman/plaything for my kids.
