@froggy0025 No it isn't. It's a special one that knows moves a normal suicune wouldn't have. I've got a Raikou though. You get to choose from Entei, Raikou or Suicune, all which knows moves a normal Entei, Raikou or Suicune would have.
That was pretty intense, what a genius to use destiny bond with dark void. What a genius, you just watch that get copied all over. Marvelous idea. Makes the opponent think "right, I better not attack that smeargle now because if I do I'll lose a pokemon too!" whilst they think that, Smeargle can dark void for free or take a pokemon down, win win situation. Fantastic.
@ThisGuyWithTheGuitar no, from that reasoning it should be allowed in every other tier, they are only allowed in vgc since nintendo doesn't set very good rules and they like to allow every move on these tournaments.
