@JD154396 The Reason is that family guy is an equivalent of macdonalds burger greece of comedy. Its filling, and biologicaly yes it tastes good at first. But after a bit of though you realize how awfull it is aand you feel dirty for eating it. Its effortless crap mass manufactured by an asshole.

The critic is funny, has more effort put in, and doesn't make me feal dirty if I describe what I saw to my mom.

@DogButtMan I think they tried to go with a more stylizes cartooney look for the second seasons. I love this show but I think the second season looks aweful.

@DogButtMan I know it's an old comment, but actually there is. During the transition from ABC to FOX, they felt the art style might not have been "inviting" toward viewers, so they went with something that might have been more accessible toward them. It's apparent with Jay's appearance especially, with his wider eyes and rounder head.
