Stargate SG-1: Are We Human ? (or why SGU got cancelled)

I think you've completely failed to understand what Stargate Universe was all about. It showed a realistic portrayal of very humanized and tangible characters who were all damarcated expertly throughout the first season. Afterwards the show found it's legs and showed some extremely commendable potential.

Your theory is not the reason SGU was cancelled, YOU were the reason SGU was cancelled. People who were to afraid of change and who were to stuck in the past, to accept the future.

So, what you're saying is that people who did not like SGU, simply are not as smart as you and did not understand the show. I find that kind of thinking to be quite disrespectful. Did it ever cross your mind that intellectual understanding not necessarily leads to a feeling of being entertained ? Personally, I was terribly bored by SGU. Obviously many others were too.

What? You think a science fiction show about people on a space ship trying to get home reqcuires a great deal of intellectual understanding?...sigh. People like you are the reason this shows ratings and viewership were butchered.

People like ME did not do anything else but stopping to watch the show. I guess, people like me still have the right to make that decision.

YOU failed to understand the themes, motifs, characters and overall message within SGU, which ironically is very similar to what you said was so good about SG-1. THAT is exactly it, you stopped watching the show because you're an idiot and the lack of views from people like you led to it's demise. You just admitted to your fault. Thank you very much ! I am glad you like the vid. I started to work on it after I saw first couple of episodes of SGU in 2009 - that is, long before SGU was canceled. Now, I just changed the title accordingly. But the message to the producers stays the same: If you want to make a show with no humanity and humor - then don't name it "STARGATE".
