SD-45's Ann Rest (D) voted yes. We are disappointed in her desire to rush a $2 billion tax grab through the last ten minutes of the session — and will let her constituents know she contributed to a shameful tax grab on Minnesotans.

"No talking during a role call." except by everybody asking that the rules be obeyed but only by Republicans.
Thrusting billions of dollars of tax increases in at the last minute so that there can be no debate and Democrats call that governing.
