To my ears it sounds like a Ben Liebrand mix who had a weekly mix show as well as a 'mini-mix' every week. He's from Holland. I have this recording as well.

cant beleve i went into local shop today n got 2 break machine 7 inch's ,breakdance party n street dance for 70p..how good is that they both originals as well..so happy they must be worth somthing ...dj jest

That sounds like a 92ktu Latin Rascals production.....could be wrong but exact same style.

this could be Aldo Marin or Shep Pettibone .. i think the rascals were on ktu the first time in 1984
