I wonder (please feel free to brain storm) in patients with head trauma, with no familial background of MS & other factors, what is the extent of disease progression, since there is no sustained autoimmune attack issues.
This drug targets B-cells. It was originally used and still is for Leukemia. The link between MS and Leukemia is that they both are a disease of a altered or mutated immune system.
MS as an auto-immune disease is just another hypothesis... Stop poisoning us and find the real cause - Thanks :)
