I know this is true and I appreciate you bringing it to light here in this forum. Currently I own (well they won't give me the original) deed or title filed in the county courthouse which, to my limited understanding, basically amount to real estate and not land as a whole. Therefore I could be removed from what I consider my land should I not be able to pay property tax. As I understand it I am supposed to file something with BLM in order to secure a Land Patent? Is that correct?

but there has been a moritorium on land patents for quite a long time now. land patents were issued from the u.s. government, which has not existed since 1861. so it would be pretty hard to get one without the issuer's existence.

The scam is made by banks. Banks issue amortized mortgages. You pay mostly interest until after the middle of the loan ( ie; 30 yr loan principle = interest after maybe 15-20 years. Borrower pays upkeep, taxes and insurance. Bank owns the property. Most folks don't own their homes for the full term of the loan. So the banks have been robbing folks for many years. Bank of America is especially a criminal organization. They are murderers with license.

@Falsitive My son, like you, ask me legal questions to which I can only respond "That depends." Depends on what? I need more info. For example, it depends on your grandmother's will. Let's say your grandmother was the person named in the land patent, she still owned the property at the time of her death, and she wrote a will leaving the property to you. Let's say that she died recently. Depending on the probate laws in your state, of course you can probate the will and claim the property.

Some of what you are saying is true but land patents are trust which ended and become fee lands which allows for eminient domain...called taxes. However, the Supreme court says its illegal for the county to assess taxes in Florida. Also check the U.S. Constituition which does not give the states any way to tender a debt but by gold or silver and anything else in not vaild or illegal.

To get a land patent, you must pay for the land with gold or silver, NOT federal reserve notes or Bank of Canada notes. You must read the contract and remove the clause stating you agree to pay tax. You can never get a land patent with a mortgage. If the land was once owned by France you can't get a land patent. Only if it was held by the CROWN. Railway land is a good place to look.

Land patents do exsist! They do not guarantee that the mortgage goes away, however, the bank can then only repo the house not the dirt that it is sitting on. Most banks do not want to move a house so...releasing the lien might be easier.

The scam is not in getting a land patent. The scam is that in the majority of states, land patents existed with the superior fee simple absolute to the heirs and assignees forever. Did you get an assignment of that land patent at the closing on your property? Then isn't your title clouded? If the title is clouded, who's scamming who? Am I merely exposing the fraud pervasive in the housing industry? This is why there's a recession/depression.

@ISSAY68 The scam is there is no money for which to pay a debt. If you want equity you have to put up equity. Furthermore, people don't get a mortgage from a bank, the bank gets the mortgage from you. Since it's all done in fraud the banks don't do business with you unless you're a party to a crime first, which they witness. It's irresponsible people which get a benefit and privilege of trading worthless paper thus they can't hold title.

@scpinhb I watched the video and didn't see anything incorrect or misleading. Everything about land patents she said is true. All land was grated in the U.S. by land patents (excluding origianl 13 colonies and texas). Our ancestors held allodial title and now we are all renters. This is the scam.

Rather she can stop foreclosure is another thing, it depends on how corrupt the judge is.
