suicide by cop.. he went after them with a knife as you can see in the video.. So he wanted to die.. he just not have the balls to do it himself..

@Dusco25 I don't see it as a suicide by cop situation. Those types of scenarios tend to go down with the subject trying to goad officers into shooting him. This guy was clearly intent in harming the officers. He did not hesitate in his attack, he flat out ran at the officers with a deadly weapon. He -may- have been suicidal, but he was definitely homicidal.
