yeah but only about half of the time, the other time its just like you saw it. actually concordia is only one of about two stops through the entire length of highway 81, in terms of traffic stops, that arent intersecting with any other major highways. we are kind of the flea on the dog that is america's ass in a way
if you want to find some "locals" to chat with in concordia come back on a weekend and go to the downtown sector and go through a couple times between 9 and 11 and there should be some young people parked down there bullshitting the night away... i should know..... im one of them
