@nascarfanify not if you're going to bash it. It comes with 5k-100k-5k, but I strongly recommend 5k-7k-2k(or 3k) for racing. They're heavy beasts, but you can win with them.
@1521joe Maybe the track you go to is slower and more technical, but steering linkage, caster blocks, chassis, etc are all things that break often on the track. In many ways tracks can be just has harsh as bashing if not more harsh on faster tracks.
Have a look at message boards for the Ve8 and Vorza and you'll see what I mean about users swapping out the Ve8 chassis. I really like both buggies and am not trying to play favorites, but having a carbon chassis is not a positive point.
people have asked me about carbon chassis, ive tried to explain that carbon isnt always a good thing, but again...it depends on what you intend on doing with your rc
@rb26capri . . . Not sure what 1521joe is talking about. These things take a beating. Everyone I know with a Ve8 has replaced their carbon chassis with an alloy. The layout of the Ve8 is also not as good as the Vorza. Buy what you want, but I'm a Vorza owner(2 of 'em actually), and know a lot of Ve8 owners who wish they had it to do over again. Also, it's painfully simple to replace your diff oil and an exercise you should get used to if you maintain a buggy anyway.
@awksedgreep i want to get one these vorzas foe christmas i have 4 traxxas rcs and one losi night crawler i want to try something new, but do i have to put diff oil in the vorza or is it ok if i dont
It would be nice to see more than 1/2 second of continuous video and a lot less choppy heavy metal video editing. The only thing this video shows me is that it can jump a long distance.
get the ve8...............its a dedicated "e" buggy and fit a mamba +castle motor
the chassis on the ve8 is carbon...not alloy......its in a diffrent league...the vorza has grease packed diffs and the drive shafts at the front are "rtr" quality
hi can any one please tell me the potential speed after modifications as I'm going to buy one but really want a car that can reach speeds of 80mph plus also what would be the mods?
I notice alot of companies advertising in kmh over mph to make it sound faster realy i think that's around 60mph right well I think any buggy on 6s should be able to get to 60 heck I got 65mph with a convertion and that was with my normal gearing
yeah,im not sure it will be as popular as the savy flux but im not saying i would say no to one but it will probs be cheaper by about 4-6 months because the trophy 4.6 is probs gonna be a big hit.
yeh i agree beacuse the flux motor is just a mamba monster so i reakon people will just buy a decent starter buggy like a lost 8t then just convert it with mamba as a replacement and will be much better but idk i just fear for the gears in this thing i hope they have made them metal!! :D i wonder it if will do standing backflips ~:D:D:D
Type into youtube 'Hpi Trophy Brushless' and this guy has has put a flux bl system from a savage and it dose a back flip and a half on 6s... oh and i agree about the mamba cus castle has better customer service hpi sucks (in the uk anyway)
i totaly agree i mean hpi are all good just v. expensive compared to other makes they are really going to have to step up there game i mean traxxas are really heading up the ladder with the brushless revo etc i mean i would have one other any hpi. i have a savage xl btw and i also have a hpi mt2 converted to brushless :)
Yea,i mean the savage is is probs there best truck and ur mt2bl must be great i have a rustler vxl i your mt2 is basicly a rusty 4wd and btw what bl system r u runin in ur mt2 (im guessing castle or ezrun if ur on a budget)
ye im running a ez run 8.5t 120a esc and 2 3s lipos but i havont got it yet was spose to be here tomoro but tthe postal strike i will be making a vid when its ehre :)

@awksedgreep
the components your talking about are good&strong for bashing.
the components im talking about are lighter&faster around the track.
ve8 owners would not last long bashing but are fast around a track.
it just depends on what you intend to do with your "RC"
i hope ive explained myself :)
