What is disgraceful is that I'm nearly 35 years old and as soon as it got to the bit 'with old King Alpha and young Queen Bet', I instantly remembered all the words. Shocking. This must have been on when I came home from lectures. :)

Why do we not have good children's programmes like this anymore? now all we have are stupid trash with annoying people and cheap special effects. The only good children programmes today are sorry I've got no head and Horrible Histories.

@Floobegusted This is the first time I have seen this episode again after many years but considering I don't remember it but it does bring back so many memories from 17 years ago I think I remember this being shown sometime in early 1994 maybe march time but I don't remember though as it was very long ago but its great though starting of at 0:00 I love Alphabet Castle have you seen an episode of this show called Alphaman because I remember seeing that one all them years ago very long ago ages

Wow awesome I have not seen this episode of Alphabet Castle for many years in fact I don't remember seeing this transmission of Alphabet Castle but I think I watched this episode on the TV when it was first transmitted on CITV that was many years ago it is great too see some CITV Continuity before Alphabet Castle as you can see at 0:00 thank you very much for uploading this great episode of Alphabet Castle me it does bring back so many memories from many years ago I love Alphabet Castle me brill
