  • WHAT?

  • can I post anything?

  • I may sound dumb but I have a question about the 2,000 kwh rate. For what period of time does that 2,000 kwh rate apply? Is that per hour, day, week, month year or what? I know Kilowatt Hour is the amount of power but I also know that's a measure in a span of time. Just clarifying something so I know how to measure my electric bill vs. what these can produce.

  • Vertical wind turbines are not the best way to catch wind. Did you see the news topday saying that the plant making these WindSpires was going out of business or closing down. Think this is cool, Look at my install of rooftop wind turbines and solar panels at my house... Thanks

  • I appreciate your sales pitch for your kits as an alternative to the Windspire. There are a lot of great renewable energy options out there. Just wanted to let you know that the company that makes the Windspire is not going out of business. We are currently renegotiating the contract with our manufacturing partner in Michigan, which unfortunately required a suspension of production until both sides could reach agreement. Thanks.

  • The Mariah wind turbine design is the one of the best design than those giant wind turbine design, the giant wind turbine cost very high for maintenance, those small scales vertical design is really bird friendly design. it will be very selling very good for the future very soon. because the cost ,maintenance and set up easy. and it can easy cover the electric bill (negative electricity bill ). good for windy area.

  • Then it's a 2000kWh/(365*24)=228.3 W unit at 12 mph wind. What's the size of it? And what's the efficiency of the wind turbine?

  • Thanks!

It is actually a 1.2kW system that gets 2,000kWhs in 12mph average winds

  • looks good, is it 500watt?
