  • Make trike from it!

  • Bugatti I swear... Always half assing their stuff

  • Show me the carfax.

  • If the car could select reverse like Herbie...

  • Thats not a car anymore

  • Am I right in thinking that this is the car in CCW and sold for $220,000 (amount seems firmiliar) to an American collector who is going to leave as is.

  • Looks like the shark from Jaws got ahold of it...

  • a cut and polish and shel b write

  • what is left of it....

  • I have got one of those!

  • Honestly you could say that was a corolla and id believe you, that shit is wrecked.

  • Fucking buffering bullshit!!!

  • all you need is a license plate and itl be better than ever!

  • aww.. a little polish should the trick!

  • Anyone else reminded of the movie Grand Prix 'cos of this?

  • Salesman: "Sir, what's it gonna take to get you in this car today?" Buyer: "A tetanus shot."

  • Typical government official. Would rather ruin something because they didn't get their slice.

  • @datawraith3080 um...what about the Bugatti Veyron? It has nearly 1000 HP!!!

  • i hope you got the keys!

  • she'll buff out...

  • it looked more like a giant oyster...

  • nothing a lil bit of rubbing compound and a good buffer wont fix

  • open a new tab, go to youtube type in "im coming home" play it with this vid, cry.

  • wow interesting

  • so much smartass comments

  • To me this looks no worse than the average bugatti

  • @datawraith3080 is there such a thing as an"average bugatti"

  • @niall6951 rusty and poorly built french cars with no power, no style, and repurposed toilet levers used as door handles is the average bugatti... or rather every bugatti

  • @datawraith3080the rest of the world seems to disagree as this "rusty and poorly built french car with no power, no style, and repurposed toilet levers used as door handles"of which only 20% of it is restorable is still set to reach 80k at auction

  • @niall6951 the rest of the world seems to think that black holes exist, and that hybrid vehicles are a good idea... but it seems that they are wrong on both counts

  • @datawraith3080 well its you against the rest of the world and you wouldnt have posted a comment here if you didnt want it to be seen by the rest of the world

  • theres a dent on the left bumper

  • Needs some work...

  • ...and that half of a Bugatti, which will soon crumble to dust from being so brittle...will sell for 3 million dollars. ha-ha!

  • I am sure that will just buff out

  • they found most of it

  • chitty chitty bang bang realy let himself go O_0

  • I guess fish ate the 2 missing wheels

  • The Type 22 Bugatti, built in 1925, had four cylinders, a 1.5 litre engine and reach almost 100mph......thats apsolutely amazing for its time.

  • @OnlyBHOP so basically the same technology honda used in the '90s? lol

  • wd40 will fix it

  • That will buff out

  • Sadly this car was put in the lake as a runner... the whole story is on Jay Lenos website

  • how much...................?

  • lol

  • That us such a shame. That car is a total loss! only 20% salvageable!? It is less than half a car! I am happy they brought it up to save it from further rust, but they should have brought this up in the 1960's or something.

  • Looks like a fresh tank of gas and a new battery and you could drive her home.

  • Very nice and rare car, but PPPPPPPPPPPPPPlease. Why do people put such out of this world values on European cars. I predict that in another 50 years Ferraris will be selling for 1 billion+. I remember a simular story of a Ferrari that was found in the water and all that was left was the frame, and it still sold for more than a you could buy a new Ferrari. Its not just European cars either. Check the prices on Shelby Cobras. I'll take my 59 ElCamino-the worrys+money.Still turns heads!

  • You will be surprised what they can do with a very very rare car like that its a 4 million dollar car if they can ID it with the vin number and what production number it was then you got it a true Bugatti and worth reproducing it keep what you can in the restoration it would be starting from scratch but its a True one. Hope they can find more of it in the Lake.

  • it's type 11 now with 2 cylinders and a 0.75 litre engine :P

but it will reach 50 mph lol

  • poor type 35

  • Its just a pile of rusted junk.it would be interesting if it could be restored, but thats just half of car rotten away.useless.

  • you mean half a bugatti:)

  • woww thats great hey why dont we put a veyron into a lake and make sure there is no hope in fixing it and let it sit for 73 years

  • wow why didnt they pull it up b4 lol ????????

  • beautiful
