I'm happy that Ken is getting world-wide recognition that he deserves.
I used to watch him lots of times in a pub in his hometown (Preston, Lancs, UK) back in 1989/90. Back then I couldn't beleive he didn't have a recording contarct.
Congrats Ken and thanks for sending me the audio tape a few years ago. :-) Just to make everyone jealous. LOL
Absolute genius as always.....I think it's amazing that though the likes of Stevie Wonder, Al Stewart and a huge amount of globally recognized musicians acknowledge Ken as one of the best acoustic guitarists alive, only the very lucky have ever been lucky enough to hear him or buy his music. Stunning!!!
Awesome playing! this is the kind of piece you dream of playing and you never tire of listening to the variety of styles Ken plays. There is never a need for the skip button when listening to one of his albums and they keep coming better and better. Long may they continue to do so as they are such a great pleasure to listen to.
Best guitarist in Britain today - loads of influences, but essentially his own style and approach. His new CD is called Initial Variations - all instrumentals - do yourselves a favour and listen to it.
Fantastic

I had the pleasure of opening a gig for Ken a few years back at The Ent Shed ( Bedford) and saw him perform this tune, it was just great!

Was fortunate enough to see Ken perform last night (not this piece I might add). Man and instrument in complete harmony, no pun intended.
Thanks

I love your playing! I can't decide whether it makes me want to practice more, or throw my guitar in the trash. ;)
