It's simply nonsense to say that we defeated the British in the War of 1812. We lost 3 major battles in the first two months of the war. We didn't win a victory until 1813 when we finally won about 3 or 4 battles. In a fit of stupidity our people burned Toronto. The British paid us back for that a year later by burning Washington. When Andrew Jackson won at New Orleans in Jan. 1815 the war had been over for a month. The war was resolved at the conference table not the battlefield.

actually it not. hms sheffield is no longer a rn ship and hasnt been for years!! the number on the side is F86 not F96. Its HMS Campbeltown a type 22 ship. They filmed this video in 2005 when they were in the gulf.
