I don't know that he said anything that is wrong. It's his claim of some sort of conspiracy that is wrong. Drawing a bunch of names and boxes on a white board and then claiming the connections between the boxes exposes a conspiracy is just incomprehensible. Health care is not a right, any more than is a roof over one's head, groceries on the table, gas in the tank. It is a necessity at times but not a right.

I must be in the Twilight Zone. When anti-authoritarians draw charts like this to show ties between destructive transnational corporations and politicians, people like Beck start whining and dismissing it as a conspiracy theory. But when Beck shows a few simple connections between progressive non-profits, it's seen as something real and important and openly called a conspiracy theory in a positive sense.

I don't know that he said anything that is wrong. It's his claim of some sort of conspiracy that is wrong. Drawing a bunch of names and boxes on a white board and then claiming the connections between the boxes exposes a conspiracy is just incomprehensible. He himself admitted that it was all so transparent. Conspiracies typically aren't transparent otherwise there would be no need to expose them.
I used to get some enjoyment out of Glenn Beck but he is completely irrational.

I suppose there may be a conflict of interest in them contributing to the stimulus bill, but I'm pretty sure energy independence and pollution reduction are on Obama's agenda...so that's not exactly a surprise or particularly earth shattering.

No, we pay taxes because we are told to or else. We originally paid taxes to support the government in our defense. Now we pay usurious taxes to enable the government to run social services and to empower them to interefere with markets.
Socialism is wrong for America. You are unable to see the distinction between the principles of our constitution and the operation of our politicians. They are not the same thing.

And you have not proved your concluding statement. Health care cannot be denied by our federal laws. If you don't have health insurance, you cannot be turned away from a public hospital. And the vast majority of Americans do have health coverage.

Actually, our system works very well. It is just expensive. But the numbers that have come out over the last few weeks are that the true number of uninsured who cannot get insurance but want it is about 8 million.... out of over 250 million. Friend, that system is not that bad.
Health care is not a right, any more than is a roof over one's head, groceries on the table, gas in the tank. It is a necessity at times but not a right.
