Ummm... I don't know about you, but it appears the driver of the SUV looks directly at the driver of the stopped vehicle then "decides" to veer towards the back end of the car. It appears to me the SUV driver was "showing - off to his buddy." The stopped vehicle is "NOT" at fault. I sure hope the guy in the SUV paid for the damage.
