What changed in the late 90's that made some contrails persistent and others not?
Why do some planes operating at the same altitude fly straight through a persisent contrails that had been left 2 hours earlier?
I've read that at LEAST 70 percent humidity is needed for a contrail to last longer than 2 minutes.
These contrails stay up all day and fan out into a whispy thin veil and on dry still days, not humid ones.

The entire US national debt is owed to the Federal reserve. This is a cartel of private bankers. So the interest payments America is struggling to make are paid to private individuals. This interest averages out to correspond with the tax burden on the US. So your tax pays interest to them. Yet any country can print it's own money, interest free. No one does. Instead, foreign policy is decided by the TLC among others. This is made up of corporations which are ultimately owned by the bankers....

The conspiracy theory atmosphere makes me lol, but yeah, this is a problem of majority-wins elections. I wish we had proportional elections and multiple parties in the US. They represent the people far better. Although they too form coalitions which end up being basically left-right, they can be split on issues. e.g. a Democrat/Republican can't step out of line, but with multiple parties, clear majorities are allowed to arise and the people get what they voted for.

Its too bad that things are like this. I'd rather them be too "stable" and "powerful" though because the alternative is a weak federal government that cannot protect you from external threats. As you know there are many people around the world that would love for our dominance on the world stage to simply go away. Often this sort of strong government leads to power being taken for powers sake. Thats when the government declares war on its own people! They really don't need need us anymore.
