  • better'

  • a japanese rising sun for a bandana....nice work

  • Nice Bo work!

Love the location, very beautiful spots you choose! Looks alot like the rocky mountains near where I live!

  • @Schattenninpo thanks. my newer kukishin ryu bo vid i do a demo 2 vs 1 senario real time after teaching or showing 3 thrusting concepts. it is real cool and fun if you didnt see that one. this is the older one. but this spot rocks. it is 5 miles from where i live. and one mile from the place in my last few camping vids. 2 miles from my shooting spot. everywhere i go around me is like this. so fun to train in

  • Jason what a great job you have done on you post. Keep up the good work!

  • I like Jason really fluid your vids have a more martial feeling 5 stars Jason

  • @trvballek thanks. if their is anything you would like to see let me know. i might of done it in a vid. staffs full of powder, water stealth in full shinobi gear with sword, snow stealth, archery, all shurikenjutsu, kihon happo, sanshin, weapons tutorials for shoge, chucks, staff, and sword. etc.. i have alot that most have not seen on my page. let me know and i will send you the vid

  • I was going to comment on your vid.. again, but i would just be insulting you... do what you feel is helping you to be happy. And please protect the tree when hitting it next time.

  • if you truly studied ninjitsu, you would know exposing yourself solves no equation.

  • please dont tell me if i studied. i do hold rank in japan in the bujinkan. my ranks are from soke hatsumi. i dont know what you mean. this is not fuedal japan. no need to hide in the shadows. when i live in the middle of a forest in the middle of know where. also you keep spelling ninjutsu wrong. it is jutsu not jitsu. no jitsu in the japanese translation.

  • I am a new student to Bujinkan. Testing for my 8th kyu this friday. So addicted! The Bo is my favorite so far. Looks like you have been studying the bo for years man! Brilliant taijutsu and power! Beautiful place to train. Truly inspirational. I need to go train on the beach with my bo rain or shine.

  • thanks. i spent 6 years in the bujinkan and trained a decade on this solo. if there is any weapon or any type of stealth or kihon happo or sanshin. i have a vid doing it. kyoketsu shoge vs sword. sword vs shuko you name it. let me know what you would like to see and i got a vid doing it. horseback in armor etc...

  • Um is this only spining the stick around. ?

Or is there more better kind of Strike Moves?

    Just wanna know.

    :D

  • did you not finish the video? at the end i am striking trees full force. i can do any strike in the world at any time in the whirlwind. the whirlwind is not to look cool. it is to set up for strikes. go see my old bujutsu vids where i talk and teach strikes. but at the end of this video all i do is strike stuff. kukishin ryu is this style.

  • You are good. Love the enviorment. I would like to have a sparing match with you, my style is a combo mixture of bo and spear and a little three part pole. I'm a fan keep up the good work and look forward to the vids

  • 5 miles... dude, i would drive there... i would Run!

    Awesome places.

  • Very nice technique. There were times that you slouched a little, but then you fixed that. I wish I had some mountains to go to for training!

  • What car do you have...

  • a old ford explorer. i tried to watch your vid a bunch this morning. but my net is real slow now and it wont let me watch or load vids but i can do email. so once a week i will go to a friends house to use fast net until i get net hooked up at my house. me and neighbors shared net but not any more so my net time sucks lol. but i will watch your vid and look forward to seeing you finally on vid. kendo you asked about. i think you can do anything you put your mind to

  • That vid is good one. beautiful place. and theres a lot of forest everywhere and that big mountain is cool

  • i agree with nunchuku guy nice palace

  • Nature is one of the best inspirations. i am surprised that a place as beautiful as this is not flooded with people. You are blessed to have such an awsome training ground.

  • I hope no tree was hurt in the making of this video... :)

NIN is an art form for killing! I no longer see the need to train ninjutsu. I do like to use the bow and arrow for fun! I was very good at it!

nice mountain! What clan do you belong to? ;)

  • kamiyama dojo

  • Real cool.

  • Hey MOUNTAINOUS you insired to do ninjustu and samurai stuffcheck my vids out and subscribe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • May i say great vid jason. bow

  • Nice work! Great location and angles. I was surprised to see a new vid this late in the year without snow everywhere, especially since I just watched that short one you filmed a few days ago when it was snowing pretty heavily at your house.

  • that is how it is in early season. one foot in a day. 3 days later gone. no trace of it. then more. then gone. then it never leaves for 7 months or so but just gets bigger and bigger. lol. this was my last one i think until snowboard vids and snow ninja stealth.

  • That has to be the best terrain that I've ever seen. Wow.

  • if you go to my training vid 108 all the way through this one. 134. almost each vid is a different location all amazing like this. snow glaciers in summer. to lakes with mt views. to raging rivers. or jungle type forest. each vid i do a nature thing like this to show the area i train in to give the viewer a sense of the location i am in. all the locations i go to are about 5 miles from my house. one is 10 miles. but less than a mile away is forest all around me too. take a look

  • Nice Bo work!

  • I think I would have more motivation to train, if I had a sanctuary of tranquility to do so! ^^ Your outside videos really help with my mentality to move forward! Thank you! ^^

  • what amazes me is your dedication and passion to really put all your heart and soul into what you truely believe!!!

  • what did the tree ever do to you lol jk good vid though

  • do u compete in competitions or just make videos

  • i train for life and death. go to my vid 107 to see a little of all the training i do. but all my newer vids 107-132 are much better training vids than 107 but 107 shows all the different kind of stuff i train but it is one year old footage but fun montage

  • Very cool movie. I enjoy all your movies. Please keep posting!

  • if you don't mind me asking, where is it your located, if i pass by the area, could i possibly get a few pointers under you?

  • get experience to share... thanks. interesting techniques.

  • Fantastic as always jason, Loving the bo-staff skills (if thats the right thing? Im not very good with wording)

Loving the soundtrack too! Its been in most of your vids! (including last samurai)

Who made the song Zen garden?

And once again, good skills, I like the way you stop the staff and spin it the other way, is that bridging??

  • Great vid!..I like the bojutsu..thanks!

  • sick vid man

  • great vid. i was wondering why you extend your index finger like that?

  • it is a loose grip. with this style of bojutsu it is always rotating from the center and constantly moving setting up a attacker and judging distance. one is constantly changing hands etc... so you only use the 3 little fingers untill the strike. like a open hand that turns to a punch at the last second. like bruce lee does. and more mobility. it is just the way the kamae of this ryu ha i seen done. this is the main bojutsu within the bujiinkan genbukan kamiyama etc.. i do it with the sword too

  • oh ok, thanks

  • This is amazing bojutsu you have. Thanks for sharing bro. Amazing area to train. That looked like a ton of fun.

  • thanks mike. i try hard. but i see flaws. i try to learn one angle and i see my foot is sometimes not pointed to the attacker but it is angled slightly. that is a no no. it is amazing how many years one can spend with a weapon and learn so much. but still have flaws and much more to learn. that is why i love martial arts. it is a constant progression. never good enough always strive for more. so fun. but thanks man it was a fun day now it is snowing 3 feet this weekend. this is the last nice day

  • Beautiful spot, I miss living in Oregon. great vid.

  • Nice man! Great nature!

  • yeah I love the soggy moss and waterfalls.

  • exalant veary well done!! and just so that you know i will be posting another video. im fillming it today. i just hope that my computer dosn't freaz again. lol take care.
