I was fortunate enough to have seen Bohren & der Club of Gore live. They only played a few dates in the US back in early 09 and I managed to make it to the Los Angeles show at Club Spaceland. It remains one of the best shows I've ever been to, hands down.

learned about this on viva2 (german tv) years back. must have the album still floating around somwhere, had a nice paper sleeve. the film noir clips match the music perfectly. reminds me how shocked I was when I noticed they had the sinister jazz of Maltese Falcon (if I remember correctly) replaced by some crazy swing music for the German version.

Great song. I was hooked from the first time I fist heard this song. I can't descrive the feelings this song evokes. But it is truly amazing.
