  • SWCC and SEALs are both JSOC Joint Spec Ops Command. They work closely with one another, and they have many similiarities in their training

  • @miracal97

The people who go to SWCC do not work with the SEAL cadets. SWCC is in west palm beach, FL while SEAL training is not. this year SEAL was in fort custer, MI. If anyone has questions about SWCC pm me i went this year class 008

  • field training ftw!

  • So do Sea Cadets who are in SWCC training do they train with the Cadets in SEAL training like as real SWCCs and SEALs do?

  • @miracal97 Real SWCCs and SEALs dont train with each other, they both train on the same base in Coronado California but not with each other.

  • So, can somebody tell me what JSOC is? I mean, I'm interested in going to the EOD training next summer, and have an ample amount of information on that, but I have no clue on what JSOC is. Is it super-special operations training for anybody who has done BUD/S or EOD or SWCC? What do you do at JSOC? And help would be very appreciated.

  • @Foucause27 JSOC is an entity. Its the Joint Special Operations Command. I dont really know exactly how to describe their purpose, but you can go to the JSOC section in the USSOCOM website to read on.

  • they have special small logs.............lol

  • why is there a jsoc badge in the beginning?

  • Yeah looks to me more like SEAL training than SWCC training.

  • I am a 13 year old girl, I wanna be in the Sea cadets so much. Can I join?

  • @Kathryn485656 yeah you can join, just find a unit around you and attend a DWE and sign up and pay your dues and there you go your a sea cadet

  • @Kathryn485656 yeah you can join, just find a unit around you and attend a DWE and sign up and pay your dues and there you go your a sea cadet

  • do they have t go threw bud school to do this job?

  • @yurfavmexican this isnt real swcc, its sea cadets

  • Lin made this, what has he been up to?

  • I am 16 right now and I just sent out for more information on the Sea Cadets. Is there any possible way I would be able to attend a session such as this? or do you need to have a certain amount of years as a Cadet to be able to? And does this cost money?

  • @ninjahippo86 16, E3, but more so for Petty officers, about $250..

  • I wish I would have known about the Cadet programs when I was in highschool. The military doesn't do enough to advertise these programs in my opinion.

  • That looks awesome. The quota for it filled this year, hopefully I'll be able to get in next year.

  • seals and EOD work together, difference is seals do recon and direct action while EOD gets rid of the bombs that would kill everyone, you have to respect them both and they are both very, very hard

  • @youngsailor1 i thought it was seals and SWCC that worked together?

  • @anthonybigdawgs They do, Seal, EOD, and SWCC all work together

they are all NSW and they also work with other groups such as airforce combat controllers or army special forces, it all depends on the mission

  • is seals really hard or is it just tough. is seals almost as tough as EOD?

  • seals are way tougher than EOD. seals are said to be the hardest job in the military.

  • i know seals are way tougher than EOD in the real military but im talking about the sea cadet seals and EOD and swcc which one is the hardest advanced training in the seacadet corp

  • Your kidding right? I assume you saw Hurt Locker lol.

  • ik seals are hard and EOD is hard bu was wondering how har the seals seacadet program is

  • Its indescribeable lol. Its one of those things that you have it or you dont. A mental and physcial X factor, only way to know is to give it a try.

  • which one are you talking about SEALS or EOD? because ik both of them are extremely hard

  • @crosbyshowdown87 the seals seacadet program is very difficult, the physical requirements to get in are the same as the real seals training, it is only 3 weeks long so it is not going to go through everything they do but it is very rigoris, it is the second hardest training in the seacadet corps, EOD is the hardest P.T. wise

  • does anybody know if i can go with glasses or contacts?

  • you can't have either of them

  • um do u really have to wait 2 years and were does it say you have to be 16 is there a seals website because on the compass it doesnt say anything about being 16

  • Its 15. And you have to be a Petty officer 3rd class which will take about 2 years to achieve

  • ik you have to be in the program for like 2 years to be a PO 3rd class. im a SN and wanted to know where it say this about the requirements for attending SWCC

  • a note to the idiot who wrote the description- a 50mm gun would be a deck gun, .50 cal is what the SWCC boats use

  • Comment removed

  • i cant wait till next summer i finished boot camp this summer and next summer im going to seals, swcc and eod it is going to fucking rock and suck

  • Hey dude umm.. i hope you know theres like a two year waiting list for seals and you have to be 16 for all three.

  • man you guys don't know what it was like there a few of my friends went and they said it was hell on earth

  • umm no duh, that's the point; to break you down till you find that inner strenghth in you that you never knew you had b4...if war wasnt hell, we wouldnt have to train in it..

  • Correction: you said 50mm guns...actually 50 Calibers...

  • was this in florida? and i want to join the sea cadets so bad!

  • I wouldn't be too excited if i were u.

I've been in sea cadets for two years already and you're gonna have to put up with a lot of stupid shit and alot of egotistical kids who should never be given any kind of authority.

  • well thats helps me with my choice cause i was stuck between the army cadets and the sea cadets and i was gonna choose sea cadets until i heard that!

  • i mean dont be too discouraged.

sea cadets is a good organization but its got some flaws in it. ur gonna get the same kind of kids in the army cadets too, but join sea cadets if u want to

  • I think it is like any kind of organization. There are good and bad apples. You won't get the kind of exposure in any other organization that you do in Sea Cadets for young adults.

When I was a Sea Cadet, SWCC was special boats. I spent two weeks riding and repairing PBRs and Mark II's and learning how to field strip weapons from SEALs. It was a great experience. I am not sure what Sea Cadets are like now, but it used to be challenging, a lot of fun, and you learned a ton.

  • theres no suck thing as army cadets...thats just a summer camp in Florida

and the Army is for faggots

  • dude respect all branches of the military

  • correction- **such

and I respect the Army, but not as much as the Marine Corps.

Marines are made to take land and advance, the Army just holds the position in case anyone comes back

  • @GoNavy95 BITCH your wrong... Ihave frens in Georgia in the Army Cadets and I'M a sea cadet

  • @danmongoose4 hey man i was an idiot back then (GoNavy95 is my old account)

I'm up on Long Island (NY). I wish we had Army Cadets up here.

  • i know i am a sea cadet and there is so many kids that think they are all that. especially the recruits.

  • Amen, I was in it for 5 years, for the first 3 it just sucked, then I went to amphib and swcc and became 2nd in command, so it does get better..

  • then join...

  • i am already a sea cadet i finished bootcamp

  • i already joined the cadets and finished bootcamp

  • In the Sea Cadets the SWCC and SEAL classes combine into one class for the whole training except a few days where they branch off and the SWCC side does small boat manuvering and sea navigation and the SEAL side doea diving and land navigation. Other than that they do the same pt and go through hell day together. I was in this SWCC class and im goin to EOD this summer. Good luck with everything sealrecruit

  • is there a website specificly for the sea cadet seal training?

  • Congrats Guys, Welcome To The Brotherhood I Was A USNSCC SEAL Class 026. I'm Now A Navy Corpsman. Good Luck In Your Future Careers.

  • Hooyah I'm going to SWCC training this summer 2009 and I'm pumped!

  • this is what im gonna do in the navy

  • What kind of guns do you guys use? Are they blanks, paintballs, or airsoft? Ive already joined and i have my first drill April 18, 2009. I will be in the Pensacola Florida division.

  • i'm guessing airsoft

  • this is sead cadet seal training rite?

  • no this is The Special Warfare Combatant Crew

  • Ahh that's Duncan...and Brown lol. I know so many guys on this vid.

  • Can someone post the SEAL Team training for the US naval sea cadets? im very interested..

  • yeah ive been looking for that as well

  • This is basically the same, I'm in this video, we do everything together, then for about 3 days, swcc guys go drive boats and seal guys scuba, then we meet back and do the mission.

  • i am currently a PO2 in the USNSCC. where is this training because i need a special warfare training before i can go to JSOC

  • it is in south florida. to be honest with you though JSOC isnt really worth your time. They thrash you quite a bit and you dont learn much. If you decide to go to NSWOC then you get in alot more learning about what spec ops does and how they do it. yes there is they also do alot of physical testing down at NSWOC. if you have any other questions just ask me and i'll do my best to answer them.

  • this is sea cadet corps right?????

  • is swcc training as hard as seal training?

oh and do they get to jump off planes?

    if so.... im joining!

  • no its not, theyre the ones that help out the seals. but theyre still hardcore. you have to survive seven days with a knife, rope and something else with a partner.

  • are you a swcc sir?

    just asking....

any tips on what to study before i join the navy? i suck terribly at math, tips?

  • its getting harder and harder. the attrition rate has climbed a lot within the last year because swcc's are doing a lot more than just helping SEALs get there and get out. Theyre now on the ground doing operations with the SEALs. So its gradually becoming just as hard as BUD/s. Theyre on the same base and everythign and doing almost the same type of training in coronado.

  • what the hell are you talking about?

  • I'm just 29 and quitting a great paying job. I'll be leaving navy bootcamp december 2nd. I will try out Swcc and hopefully follow my younger brother footsteps.

  • better hurry , they have an age limit and you're almost there!!

  • Hey Man Good luck !!! and thanks to your little brother for serving our country.
