@bettyskitchen Yeah I just baked a carrot cake for Easter and used your trick. I LOved it. However, my sister was concerned cuz they were raw carrots. But you can still eat raw carrots. Still, they think raw vegetables are harmful to your health so they didn't eat them.

Huh? Raw vegetables are not harmful to your health. They are nutrient rich and better for you than cooking and frozen, especially canned. Where would one get such an idea?
