Went to Phil's last night for Dinner and it was awesome!! but come on the design change is so not the style off the restaurant its so everyday tacky done by a nobody designer!! Phil you shoulda keep it original (like the name) the designer and chef were a joke and the work they did doesn't reflect the place!! they should find a new job and Phil don't change a thing your great!!!
