  • I commend you on this video. It is informative and cuts to the chase. You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and courage for the stance you take. The popular opinion of teens is probably to dislike such laws for purportedly "taking away freedoms". Young people must see things as they really are and be willing to accept these laws even if they appear "to suck". Your presentation was excellent. I think you were duly sensitive but firm to the teenage viewers who will watch this video.

  • Dude, your so chill.

  • no affence mate but u need a short hair cut to shape ur face ..... just sayin

  • thanks.. por tu video muy creativo

  • Public transport dude. not only it would dramaticly decreases accident rate, but also saves a lot of resources.

  • Makes sense, it needs to be passed into law. Will definitely save lives.

  • No! No more restrictions!

  • haha good, im still learning English and you talk very slow, ahaha when this pic went down i was frightened, lol.. crap! a gosth! hahaha..

  • Very useful video. thumbs up...

    Uncle Mik

  • I completely agree, that is a good law 2 pass!

  • amassing i wish i had that kind of talent

  • lol.sooo true

  • yes good rule !!!!!!!!!!

  • the awkward moment when u get pulled over as a teen with family in the car but two are Asian and one is a step cousin -_-

  • It's all peer pressure, ive been there, just driving with one girl (my now exgirlfriend) made me do some weird things, lol

  • Though this is impractical and I believe a rule that will probably be broken, I support it. First time drivers are more prone to get into accidents, therefor they should not be allowed to endanger more lives.

  • Thanks for sending over the Stricter Teenage Driving Laws video. It was cool. Thanks for sending over. I am subbing now. Check out what we are doing. If you like what we are doing, please comment and subscribe.

  • He wants it because he probably doesn't have friends

  • Thanks... my FRiend..

  • you like men

  • Good video body thanks

  • when i first got a vehicle i was blessed with a old utility van which i regularly loaded up with up to 20 people. i only drove the van into a lake once and that was clearly a case of too much to drink and driving the wrong way out of a driveway. carry on

  • Teenagers must know that when the driver's concentration levels go below the critical level for the driver (critical level of the driver is the minimum concentration needed to drive safely), something really regretful can happen.

So when the driver is driving, just be aware of their concentration levels.

  • eh, I think If you're going to limit the number of teenagers there should be circumstances where you're allowed to have more just so if it comes to it there can be a judgment call by the response officer.

  • :) oke

  • liked

  • as long as your not messing around the cops wont mess with you im 15 and i drive by myself ive passed manny cops and never got cought.

  • I've seen my dad grab the wheel wail someone else is driving and f**k around with it.

  • I love 00:18. Haha :)

  • LIKED !!!

  • really nice

  • You make a good point but where are your stats coming from?

  • sorry i waz watching the poster ;)

  • @saturnfiverocket yep me to

  • don't they think it is adults to not just teenagers for this or do they only target teenagers just beause adults are just ashamed the amount of crashes they have been doing? and yes some teenagers are idiots for doing it

  • interesting

  • I liked the Video ^ _ ^ especially the method of dumping

  • ?Video of beautiful teenagers Aisthakon I drive the car and you know why my friend

  • I Agree!!! :) Less Distractions.

  • If it stops people crashing their cars from being distracted it's good, right ?

  • shut the fuck up and eat ur mother butthole .....

  • Probably a good idea.

  • nice video massive congratz

  • Im here for my daily dislike

  • STAY SAFE AND SECURE!!!!

  • (^__^) It was entertaining to learn about this, thanks.

  • Check out the Kansas permits and restricted laws and tell me that isn't a bunch of bull.

  • !!!!!!

  • Awesome :)

  • In California you can only drive with a licensed adult over the age of 25 for the first 6 months unless you have parental consent (my older sister was allowed to drive me to school). It took effect sometime near 2001, and I haven't seen the statistics on weather or not it works.

  • Great video like .

  • nice!!!!!1

  • Great video my friend, I'm an old guy and I my chances of having an accident would up if I had a car full teenagers. A very insightful post.

  • i drive people for a living, and my job is hard enough already dealing with people of all ages. Its a great idea to have that restriction for all teens, especially if they're not experienced yet. Check out my channel for some crazy taxi cab fight sessions!

  • Thanks, cool video!:)

  • Hey good stuff X

  • Excelleeeeeeeeeeeeent...video my friend. Contratulations

  • @CARLONCHO3333 Thanks! :D

  • : )

  • goodstuff!

  • good one. i think so to.. but i think the better one would not let teens get licences on till 17 or 18.. because were do they really to be going that they need to drive to. i think, they would be alot mature then 16 when they get that first car and think is the greatest thing ever so they show off with there friends thats where all the accidents happen. what you think

  • first remove all the beverley wives with their double latte in one hand ,cellphone clutched in the other paw, smearing the pig with lipstick,AND handling the steeringwheel with her anorexic knees...or any Lifer past age 70 whose swerves and sudden stops wreak havoc on a freeway,...or the illegals who , bcause off stupid "leaders", have NO dlisence, and thus dont know ANY roadrules.....

the list continue, believe me...teenagers is just another form of minority who gets the badrap on everything

  • I think it is good so at least they won't be joking around so much. No offense to teenagers. i was one at one time.

  • Comment removed

  • still lame, fuck that shit

  • GREAT idea. i was recently in a bad car accident. we flipped and all that. Everyone's alive but some of us got messed up pretty bad. I broke my pelvis in two spots and i also broke my back; Because i wasn't wearing my seat belt in the backseat.. i now ALWAYS wear one or i wont get in a car. i cant run, cant sit for long periods, cant walk for long periods, cant stand for long periods, cant get a job at the moment& cant even go to school at the moment. it really suucks. SAFTY FIRST. less is more.

  • @cbbabbii OH my God! sorry to hear that. when did this accident happen. It is so sad that you are suffering from this. God that is not nice. you can't do anything really can you. You must be in terrible pain. I hope someday that you can get well or help with these problems.

  • @hippyable thank you! it was on November 3rd of this year. but yeah it sucks. im 17 and i have my whole life ahead of me to always ache. and no i have to take it easy for 5months or more. and i hope someday i will to. the accident helped me a lot tho. i found god, and it brought my family closer. so at least one good thing came out of it. lol

  • @cbbabbii OH! Don't do that too me! I a damn softy. I cry easily sometimes over such inspirational things. You found God because you probably came so close to death and weren't ready and wanted a second chance and he gave you that chance. How sweet! I hope someday that all your aches will go away with alot of rest. Yeah tragedies seem to bring people closer knowing that in reality it can happen to them too. I got hit by an old man in 1995

  • you go

  • Although i don't agree with the law i will tell you that my friends and i were driving and one of the kids mom had called so we were all yelling come back to oooo you naughty boy...his mom hung up on him and he got pissed and wanted us to pull over on a busy road and drop him off haha...we said no so he grabbed the wheel and in about 0.5 seconds we all jumped on him and yelled at him to never touch the drivers wheel ..he pouted for the rest of the night

  • Yeah the law is gay. Thats why anybody respect it.

  • They should increase the minimum age more to at least 18, as it is over here. More mature people USUALLY have more common sense than teens. That's a fact. There are of course morons that never learn anything and remain stupid for life (sh*t happens I'd say :P ), and yes, limiting the teens in a car can help. As said, the more teens the more the 'driver' feels the urge to show off their (lack of) skills.

  • It is sad that rules limiting when, how, and with whom teenagers drive must be made. Instead of making rules, a measure of common sense should be given to teens. Teens are old enough to think, so why don't they? I do not think the core issue is whether there should be other teens in the car. The issue is that teens have not been taught to make intelligent decisions for themselves.

  • I think that less teens should get on the road driving a car. I know it from my own experience. I could drive, no problem. And overall I had no problems. But I saw things differently, when I was 18. I just wasn't mature enough, looking back. So yeah! Less teens on the road is a good idea.

  • that's like taking away SO many american traditions!!!

  • u got ghosts in yo house

  • They already have that law in GA

  • I don't think that there should be drive restrictions so much as there is a lack of respect for the driver of the car. Then again, no one teaches their children respect and responsibility anymore, so we might as well have the government taxing us into compliance.

  • U can c me!! WHERE? WHERE??

  • I actually agree with u 100% retards lol I hate that word too.. So can I start driving at 16?? U have to get a permit right??

  • I say rather than placing laws to stop the teens, how about parents take control of how their kids are raised so that there are fewer bad kids. I mean, really, has making a law stopped killing by guns? Has making a law stopped people from raping, beating, or robbing others? If this illegal thing works, then why stop at guns and such? Why not outlaw crime? See the ridiculousness of the whole thing? The state needs to stop raising teens for the parent and make the parents take some responsibility.

  • @yoyoguy1213 What's wrong with you?

  • @mondugibaby Oh, nothing. I'm just making a point. You can't expect the government to do all the work. If we really want the world to change, it has to happen on a personal level, not from an impersonal government.

  • nice

  • Agree, with the new rules. Death and accident to American teens can be limited, and besides Mr. Treblaine is correct.

  • haha he obviously got this info frum online...no duhh ^.^

  • I think that the laws we have now are fine, but need to, idk, be taken more seriously, or the law needs to enforce it more.....That's what I think! Next year I get my permit!

  • who cares for these laws we have hippies we need more and more protesters

  • My personal opinion is that driving is a responsibility and most teens are irresponsible but limiting teens in a car is great idea. One thing is great drivers are created from experience and to mandate 6 months of driving alone among other teens is a great idea. I believe that the roads are dangerous and their are traffic laws for a reason to follow for everyones safety.

  • nah

  • I think that it's a good idea for new drivers of any age, as long as it's just for a few months. New drivers need time to get used to driving in traffic, compensating for weather conditions, ignoring distractions, and to learn how to deal with other people on the road. Where as a car full of people, mixed with the other examples I've mentioned, could be overwhelming for a new driver.

  • dude, first of all i would like to say a job well done on voicing ur opinion! But here's what i think.i think they should just let the law be the way as it is as before.sure it may be dangerous and risky for the teenagers but hey they gotta be responsible for their own actions.that way will then they be more careful when they see another fellow teenage drivers get involved in a fatal crash.furthermore, they have already been reminded to always take precaution when driving.

  • boring

  • Actually the teen died, it was the dad who went to jail, but it was still the cops fault! what pepole do for money these days...

  • I think its bad with adults the same percent, because on this road near my house, there was a car with a family in it, and the teen was in the passenger side, the dad turned, the teen told him a cop car was coming, so the dad sped up, and the fucking duchbag cop sped up, hit the car, killing the whole family besides the teen, and the teen was the one that went to jail... its just effed up...

  • I think so...the accident rate in my country is high bcauz of the loose law..

  • This happens in Australia alot, Don't drink & drive idiots.

  • click on 00:40 and then 2:25 and then 2:41 the poster is moving!!! ;)

  • @thelonious1111 Haha good spot! XD

  • @thelonious1111 OMG it is! You must notice a lot of stuff no one else notices! Good, no, Great eye!

  • @thelonious1111 someone is quite observative.

  • @thelonious1111 Obviously his house is haunted.

  • @krigrateful lol

  • I think every one should admit, at one point in their lives they where teenagers, running a muck, having fun, and getting in trouble. Honestly i have been in an accident when i was a teen because i was ignorant and thought i knew how to drive. I wanted to show off to some friends in my 1990 5.0 mustang. hit a half size concrete pole in the ground at bk. so i would have to say yes. its a good idea. but on this side. letting the government control more than they already do is pretty mad too.

  • Good! :)

  • Nice opinion.

  • @HeedAndSucceed Thanks :D

  • this is a crock of shit dumbasses come in all ages shapes and forms any age restrictions are not needed it only reenforces ideas of people dumb enough to believe shit like this

  • I honestly think that restricting the actions of youth will never accomplish anything but creating less responsible young adults and restricting the actions of young adults only creates less responsible adults... Why is teen drinking a problem? Because the drinking age is 21. There are countries with NO drinking age and less comes of alcohol in the hands of teenagers. Teach maturity and responsibility, don't just legislate away responsibility to older people!

  • @titanzombie just so you know where I'm coming from, I'm a 29 year old ex-marine who was firing a fully automatic assault rifle before I was ever old enough to drink, even before I got my driver's licence!

  • Good opinion video on a current controversial subject, I don't think the number of people in the car matters as much as the experience & maturity of the driver. Whether it be a teenager behind the wheel or a parent with several kids in the car its up go the driver to control what's going on & paying attention to the roadway. The weather is also a big factor too, rain, snow, sleet, etc...

  • That's a crock of shit lol

  • A few restrictions for teenage drivers sounds pretty good and I think that 6 months is a fair amount of time. It gives young drivers a chance to become a bit more weathered.

  • thanks for sending this to me man. not a teen, don't live or drive in the states.

  • Humm... I feel split on this! xP

  • It's a god damn american tradition for teenagers to drive their girlfriend up to "makeout point" to do the proverbial making out... and get attacked by wearwolves.

I say, the law should go no further than limiting single teen passenger.

Hey this law might be a good thing, gives teen boys an excuse to have some alone time with out some tag-along whining for a ride.

  • @Treblaine Haha I like the way you're thinking xD

  • @Treblaine i think thats stupid, i drive to work every day with six other people, but i dont care, because im in canada, and this is in the usa

  • @hitman15797 are you a teenager who has only had your licence for 6 months, and all your passengers are teenagers too? Only then would this law apply.

And surely you must realise just because you can do one dangerous thing with responsibility doesn't mean everyone ELSE will! You have to legislate for the most reckless elements of society, not the most reasonable.

  • The laws should more relaxed. Don't try to fix the rules. Fix the kids or let them fix themselves (if you know what I mean).

  • i dnt think so

  • Please check out the video How to ballet like boss

  • It is good to find out young people like you (I'm 32) with a lot of concern about safety, I totally agree with you dude.

  • @monstergreen79 Thanks for agreeing, and yep it seems a lot of people my age don't really care lol

  • Fact: Kids/people under 18 are dumb. It should get even more strict.

  • @Replicator87 hey i ant dumb well not that much :L

  • @Replicator87 I'd say irresponsible, while some are also dumb = recipe for disaster

  • @Replicator87 No, people under 18 are inexperianced. They are just as smart as an anyone else. Teenagers are just going through changes to make them independant adults. They rebel and thus make stupid mistakes. It's not that their stupid, they messed up and learn from it. And if this doesn't convince you: Einstien was in college by 16, graduated at 17, and you're talking to an 18 year old.

  • @Wolfrunner326

Mmm, no. Maybe females are 'as smart as everyone else.' Guys are retarded until about 20 or so.

  • @Replicator87 Well...that's a fact of life lol. But excuse me for defending my age group. I generally don't like it when people say I'm dumb because I'm younger then they are. It's degrading.

  • @Wolfrunner326

Uh, you shouldn't feel degraded. You shouldn't be confident or cocky enough to feel degraded. You're an uneducated, snot-faced brat in the eyes of most adults. But then again, you have a point - ignorance is temporary, while stupidity is permanent. So allow me to change my original point to all kids are ignorant, rather than stupid.

  • @Replicator87 Thank you :)

  • i think they need to be a little more strict on that. if they get the license at 16 ( even though some states only give licenses at 18) they should be provisional for a year, not just 6 months. Yes they will whine and complain, thats what kids do. But they need to mature more before hauling around a car full of more ignorant teens...

  • Parents time to realize that you should get your kids a sportcar. it's just that much safer if it only seats 2.

No seriously. These stats are shocking.

  • wats the diference in having 2 friends or ur brother and 2 cousins

  • Learning to drive is taxing enough on an inexperienced driver, you should remember that the vehicle is very much a controlled projectile and it takes alot of concentration to drive it carefully and defensively. This limitation may seem a bit harsh now but later when you have had the chance to learn to drive safely and you are still alive to appreciate the lessons learned, you will have a different outlook on this subject. What if it was your child you were sending off to the movies.

  • NO STRICTER DRIVING LAWS!!!!!!!! I'M ABOUT TO TAKE DRIVERS Ed.... but i am ADHD v.v i still don't think those numbers are correct

  • In Cali its no passenger for a year with a license 0.0

  • Not sure if those numbers are indeed correct but yeah, I guess teenage passengers are crazy. Lol, they should make it a law to only have a maximum allowance of 3 teenagers in a car period.

  • Some one sent e this video and I dont like the video... That is the problem!

  • @JAKEPLAYHARD 0.0

  • The problem w/teen drivers is they have no sence of responsability? Parents pay on the car & insurance then the kid gets in blasts the stereo & wheeee.. Car is a weapon you can kill or be killed in it. Kids have no understanding of that? I don't think anyone should drive until they know what a car cost plus insurance & maintenence. Pay for those things themselves without mommy & daddys help? there be fewer accidents!

  • @Godzie1 Very true, this comment relates directly back to my douchebags with nice cars video XD

  • Limiting the number of teens in a vehicle is admirable concept but impossible. There's no way to regulate it. It's like saying lets limit the number of people drinking water bottles.

  • i got bored in the first 23 sec.... ur hwlla sexii tho. :)

  • I agree with you

  • should be in every state. I have seen grabass go on and practically cause an accident. the main point is to get you reasonably comfortable in the vehicle before adding more distractions.... so it's a good idea IMO.

  • Comment removed

  • I think it's a good idea, might be a bit inconvenient in some situations though.

  • Yeah, I guess its cool. I have always said there should be mandatory retesting every so often because laws change and people forget and all kinds of other reasons like additional state revenue and additional jobs etc.

  • When my friends are with me i act retarted... I am 21 but i still act like that

  • thing is both adults or teens can equally get distracted but difference is road experience... adult trumps teens with years and years of road experiences and probably heaps of near misses and are more aware when or where most accident will likely to occur and avoid them subconciously... well thats my theory anyway and this clip gave me an idea for my next video if you dont mind me making a response to it... it be comedy has nothing to do with the topic persae lol

  • When I got my license, I had to drive all of my siblings around so that my parents could work more instead of driving. It was a big help to them. At the time, my siblings were 15, 13, and 11. That is why this law exempts family from the "one teenager in car" rule. They don't want it to be a inconvenience to those families that rely on the new driver to take care of the siblings. Nice video, Zack :)

  • thay should let me drive im 14 but im a really good drive i can play gta n not crash 1 time

  • lol

  • in texas you can only have 1 passenger in the car for a whole freaking year. i'm against it. especially because i just turned 16.

  • No shit if you double the number of people in the car. of course the chance of a fatal crash will double it's basic math

  • I know there are restrictions already, but I think stronger ones are a good idea. I don't know about everyone else, but it seems like every few weeks on the news I hear about a car-full of teens that crashes and some/all of them die...its sad, These are peoples children, and in same cases young parents who are dying. Everyone should just always be careful, experienced or not!

  • YEAH 720p

  • I'm more likely to crash looking for a CD that fell under the seat than if I got my friend to get it for me.

  • I think they just don't want kids to have fun anymore. );

  • Lol this is completely random but you should cut your hair :P its cute! I like it! But it reminds me of one of my friends that you look freakishly like and we could barely see his eyes, then he chopped it all off and woo baby he was a whole new person. Lolll weeooo

  • i'm pretty sure that's already a law where i live. there are restrictions on the first 6 months, then different restrictions on the second 6 months. i'm not exactly sure but i don't think you're allowed to drive with non-famliy members in the car for the first year... i'll have to look that up..

  • Lol your Green Day poster always falls xD i think we definetly need stricter laws for teens. I dont have my permit yet or anything but, i hear kids all the time talking about screwing around while driving. Especially texting and driving. Thats freakin stupid. Your conversation can wait!! :P

  • I agree with you and O my you probably cuss a lot more then you let on it just suprised me that you got bleeped out lol but yes I do agree with you

  • Lol green day poster fail haha jk ur so right though my neighbors got hit by a teen driving and the dad flew through the front window but luckily the r ok!

  • Haha you're complaing? That's NJ law right now i believe. Stricter actually. On the permit you must have a 21+ year old that has had their license for 3 years. Then on the basic license there is only 1 other person allowed in the car. not including adults. I believe this is all correct, sorry if i got some facts wrong. But NJ law on driving is getting even stricter so PA law seems to be pretty relaxed compared to NJ. that is assuming i understood you correctly.

  • So, did you ever fix your PS3?

  • Most teenenager's today are typing on their cell
