  • You should do a review of the Jupiter Jas 869 alto sax, I absolutely love it as a bottom line pro horn next to my Mark 6.

  • Yeah man ... I play it every day... I know more than i did ...now but the responce for me i just 2 much ....its very harsh on key responce.... I'm used to a soft keyed instrument that sinks in your hand like the Paris Selmers.... its hard to explain but if you ever played the Mark 6 or a Yamaha you'll understand... I think they use a different type of spring and pearl to match that of the Mark 6 ....But this one is still a cool horn though it feels like a machine in my hands though.

  • I've been using one of these for 5 years now and I love how responsive it is. It has great tone when going into the lower register and is really bold when going up past the high D palm keys. You always have to blow warm air into it before you play so it can resonate properly.
