i dont agree there playing with rules rules tey arent used too and the zone defenses forces the usa too shoot not just drive too the hoop.  defenatly plays too the usa weaknesses. china is a weak team

a zone stops people from driving to the hoop? what the hell basketball do you watch? a 'zone' is just a way of doubling up on the best player. but the US has michael redd & thus you have your shooter. either way, the US will ALWAYS have a talent edge. the last time i looked, the great 1's are from the US. air jordan, magic johnson, larry legend, dr j, kareem, admiral robinson,...kobe, amare...i could go on but i only have 500 characters to use

the last time i looked, the us players dunk all over int'l players, nuff said. steve nash is a good player but he developed his game here among american players, dirk nowitzki is a BUM with no heart who chokes in big games, yao ming is an excellent ballplayer that also happens to be 7'6" (being the league's tallest player is helpful) but he also has NO HEART. don't get me wrong, those guys are good but they don't compare to american players. i'm not being elitist, i'm being honest

they dunk on break aways but in regular offense not like the nba thats for sure. int basket is more about shooting. who cares were he devolped his game he still doesnt play for usa. dirk is amazing, no heart and a chooker ibeg to differ. yao is one of if not the best center.

sure. keep telling yourself that. but make sure to tell that to kobe bryant, dwayne wade & stephen howard as well because they'd disagree & be dead right. dirk nowitzki is a fantastic scorer in the regular season but a bum with no heart when the shots count. you can attempt to argue but i can offer evidence to support my claim; you'll offer conjecture or perhaps, cite the events in january. get real. heart wins playoff series; it always has. not finesse plays & jumpers
