Stop blaming NVIDIA. I've had zero issues with my Vista 32bit and my 7100 Geforce. Upgrading to a 9500 mid this week.

Thats Nvidias fault not Windows Vistas. Vistas only using the drivers which have been provided - if the drivers are bad than the operating system will struggle to do things involving that driver e.g. videos

I did that and the problem persisted. I sent it back to XFX as a RMA. They sold me the 8800 GTX for half the price to replace my falty 7900 GT.

That bug is really a malfunction on some 7900 GTs.
