The issue was not one of control here. Cleber seems to be unaware that even in CBJJ, a guard pass can be performed if the opponent is on his side, back or facing down. But, the Grapplers Quest rules specify that the guard passer must 'clear arms and legs'. The top man is keeping his right arm between Cleber's legs for control, and that is why it should be advantage only. Honest mistake, but Cleber deserves a DQ if he refuses to continue.
