After a while, the UFO becomes circular with another smaller circle in the middle, kind of like this video.

There is yet another video that's been compared to the one I post here, so there's something going on...

that wa taken with a security camera, with a very powerfull zoom, they say this is a 20,000 dlrs camera that use the police for chase suspect in the city, they recibe a call from a patrol, then they relocate the camera and made a full zoom and thats the result.
